Individual & Family Giving:

• The Legacy Circle — The Legacy Circle is comprised of special individuals who are so committed to the future growth of the Medical Center that they have made a planned gift to the Memorial Medical Center Foundation. Each member of this distinguished group of philanthropists is creating a legacy by making an enduring, positive impact on their community.

    Founder’s Circle — Recognizing giving by Individuals:

•    A pledge of $10,000 - $24,999 to be paid over a period of time not to exceed 10 years; or
•    Cumulative gifts totaling $10,000 - $24,999; or
•    An outright gift of $10,000 - $24,999 (gifts maybe made in cash, marketable securities or property).

    President's Circle— Recognizing Individuals, Businesses, Organizations, Associations, Foundations:

•     A pledge of $25,000 - $49,999 to be paid over a period of time not to exceed 10 years; or
•     Cumulative gifts totaling $25,000 - $49,999; or
•     An outright gift of $25,000 - $49,999 (gifts maybe made in cash, marketable securities or property).

     Ambassador's Circle—Recognizing Individuals, Businesses, Organizations, Associations, Foundations:

•     A pledge of $50,000 - $99,999 to be paid over a period of time not to exceed 10 years; or
•     Cumulative gifts totaling $50,000 - $99,999; or
•     An outright gift of $50,000 - $99,999 (gifts maybe made in cash, marketable securities or property)

    Council of Visionaries—Recognizing Individuals, Businesses, Organizations, Associations, Foundations:

•     A pledge of $100,000 - $499,999 to be paid over a period of time not to exceed 10 years; or
•     Cumulative gifts totaling $100,000 - $499,999; or
•     An outright gift of $100,000 - $499,999 (gifts maybe made in cash, marketable securities or property)                                                               

• Trillium Club– Those who choose to make an annual renewable gift of a minimum of $100, $250, or $500 are granted membership in this club.

• Business Health Alliance – Member businesses recognize that having quality local healthcare is fundamental to the well-being of its employees, their families and customers. The Business Health Alliance was created to engage community businesses in the growth of the hospital.

• T.E.A.M. – T.E.A.M. is an acronym for Together Employees Achieve More and serves as the employee participation branch of the Memorial Medical Center Foundation.  The T.E.A.M. committee is a volunteer group of employees who work together to generate resources to enhance the very best in comfort and care for our patients, families and staff.
