Andrew E. Mendians, DO
Dr. Mendians earned his medical degree at Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. His undergraduate studies were at Hope College and MSU. His internship and residency in otorhinolaryngology and facial plastic surgery were at Bi-County Hospital (affiliated with MSU's College of Osteopathic Medicine), where he was chief surgical resident. Dr. Mendians has dual board certifications in otorhinolaryngology and facial plastic surgery. He joined Western Michigan ENT, PC, with Dr. Hengy in 1999, treating patients in the Ludington and Manistee areas.

J. Ben Hengy, DO
Dr. Hengy received his medical degree from the Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine and his undergraduate degree from Stephen F. Austin State University in Texas. He performed his internship at Mt. Clemens General Hospital, and his residency in otorhinolaryngology and orofacial plastic surgery at Bi-County Hospital in Warren, where he was chief surgical resident, and Riverview Hospital in Detroit. Dr. Hengy also has dual board certifications in otorhinolaryngology and facial plastic surgery. Dr. Hengy founded Western Michigan ENT, PC, in Manistee in 1995 and expanded the practice to include Ludington in 1996.Their practice, Western Michigan ENT, PC, and the Laser Institute of Western Michigan ENT, PC, offers a wide variety of cosmetic procedures. Their cosmetic surgery practice focuses on facial plastic surgery. Procedures include:
- Surgical: face-lifts and enhancement of the eye, nose, and throat areas
- Skin and general appearance: chemical peels, restorative topical treatments, and injections of medications such as Botox®, Restylane®, and Perlane®, as well as skin cancer restoration
- Laser treatments: veins, rosacea, scars, psoriasis, birthmarks, stretch marks and other skin problems, and hair removal
- Cosmetic facials: anti-aging, rosacea, wrinkles, hyperpigmentation, and other treatments.
